1. How do
I get started with my TV Commercial?
a. A good
start in producing a TV commercial is your knowledge of your product(s)
or service(s) that you would like to market. A one-hour question and
answer session with our scriptwriter can generate sufficient source
of information to get the script started.
b. Your
brochure is a good source of information.
c. Your
website is the most versatile source because the scriptwriter can easily
access the information, as well as gather some of the images that are
available. However, some website are also lacking the information.
d. The
script and storyboard are the basic building blocks of a good TV commercial.
The script is the written plan of the TV commercial. A description of
the visual information and the word for word information on the sound.
The storyboard is a mix of the script and a drawing of the description
to convey the visual meaning of words.
2. What is
the leadtime schedule for a TV Commercial?
a. A good
leadtime plan for a TV commercial is two (2) months. That is provided
that you would like to make an extensive study of the target market
and your position with regards to competition.
b. A TV
Commercial can be generated for as short as one week depending on our
availability. TFC requires the master DVCAM tape at least 2 days before
your scheduled broadcast airtime.
3. What is
a typical budget for a TV Commercial?
a. A typical
inexpensive TV Commercial started from scratch, with scripting, shooting,
editing, royalty free music generation and titling will cost as low
as $2500.
b. An amateur
model can cost from $150 per day. Previous generation actor/model averages
to $5K. Current famous actors/models averages $40K. A top professional
actor/model in the Filipino community can cost as much as $90K, depending
on the popularity.
c. A low
budget TV Commercial can cost as low as $400 on a 4-hour plain edit
only session. This could be achieved provided you have broadcast ready
materials and we will only provide you with an hourly edit session of
$100 per hour using Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Adobe After
Effects cost an hourly rate of $125 per hour.
4. When do
I commit to a contract with ESV Productions?
a. Once
you have approved the script, we will be signing a contract to pursue
the production schedule.
b. If for
whatever reason, you did not like the results of the preceding sessions,
we will only charge you 25% of your contract value to compensate for
the time spent on your project. However, we are positive that you will
like our work and we never had a contract withdrawn from us since we
started this business.
5. How many
times can I make changes to my TV Commercial?
a. We allow
up to 3 changes in your TV Commercial without incurring any cost, provided
that the "MASTER TAPE WAS NOT CREATED YET". You will get to
preview your TV Commercial along the production schedules to make sure
that we are hitting your target before we commit to a master tape. Previews
are available on our website as well. Major changes can be arranged
with a quotation or rated in an hourly basis.
6. How long
is your experience in making TV Commercials?
a. We started
making TV Commercials since 1996. Our expertise is not just in producing
professional TV Commercials but also in marketing and branding corporate
products. Our passion is creating an outstanding TV commercial that
will return many times more than your investment.
7. What if
my TV commercial does not have any response?
a. We have
not yet experienced a TV commercial that did not have any response.
We do not guarantee that every product or service you sell will be a
hit in the market. However, we guarantee that we always provide you
with the best of our knowledge and experience in your target market.
We always aim high to do our best to hit the target audience. And we
will work with you on a reasonable cost to revise your TV commercial
until you hit your goal. We like our customers to be happy and satisfied

8. What do
I receive after the TV commercial production?
a. You
will receive the finished product on a DVD-R Video. DVD-R Video will
provide the optimum quality at a minimal cost and have a near broadcast
quality. The master DVCAM tape will be submitted to the broadcast company.
